Conservation and Chemistry

In 2011, Dow entered a $10 million, five-year partnership with one of the world's leading conservation organizations, The Nature Conservancy. This first-of-its-kind program works to study how nature can be built into business strategies that lead to better outcomes for companies, people, and nature.

Every year, they peer review and publish their findings, processes, and developed tools in the Annual Progress Report. They hope that this push for transparency and accessible information will influence companies, as well as the scientific and economic communities, to continue to study, report, and work towards sustainable solutions for the modern world.

Annual Report

At the beginning of 2015, I worked with the group who led the partnership as the lead creative for the 2014 publication. I updated and cleaned up the existing layout and gave the imagery more space to make an impact. The previous edition lacked a strong visual hierarchy so I also spent time improving that.
