Hey, I'm Suzie. I am a graphic designer living in the greater Boston area and I like making the world a better looking place.
I have 5+ years of design experience working with two Fortune 100 companies. Currently at DuPont, I act as the creative lead on assigned projects for global, industry-leading businesses with multi-million dollar portfolios. My role includes advising and directing from concept to production, collaborating with brand and digital teams to meet objectives and deadlines, and developing graphic assets for business initiatives, marketing needs, and industry events that represent DuPont’s brand and mission. I have also supported clients in their partnerships with other globally influential organizations like Unilever, The Olympic Games, Samsung, Apple, NASCAR, and The Nature Conservancy.
I'm passionate about making the digital and physical spaces I design in clean and engaging for my customers and the people they serve. What keeps me excited and motivated day-to-day is helping businesses and organizations make positive changes at the global scale. Some of my most memorable projects are the ones that seek to help the planet and its people.
Oh. And I like to spend my spare time learning anything I can, catching Pokémon, and taking care of my plants.
What's your favorite number?
My favorite number is 7. I was born on the seventh of the month and the digits of the time of my birth add up to seven. *Cue theme to The Twilight Zone*
If you could have any superpower, what would you chose?
The ability to read, write, and speak in any language. Alien languages, fictional languages, dead languages. All of them.
Can you juggle?
I can juggle a lot of projects at once. But other than that, no.
If you had to pick another field to work in, what would you pick?
International hostage negotiation. The high stakes and the need to continuously learn about world events, cultures, and human beings is beyond appealing to me.
How long can you balance on one foot?
Pretty long. I competed and placed nationally in all-star cheerleading for 13 years... so my balance is pretty top notch (along with my discipline and work ethic 😎). My newest challenge is learning to balance on my hands.
What’s the best single day on the calendar?
I get really excited for the Winter Solstice because the days start getting longer again.
You and your friends go to the zoo. What is the animal you're most excited to see?
DEFINITELY THE TIGERS.
